Mariyappan has over two and half decades of HR & Employee Relations both in Manufacturing and Services industries. His vast experience has been in Payroll Administration, Compliance, HR administration and in Logistics. He currently heads the Payroll Services and Compliance across PAN India. Prior to joining TRIDENT, his long stint has been NTTF Industries, Bangalore.

J Nayak – Head - Corporate Finance:

Nayak comes with over three decades of experience in banking and audit firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining us, he was associated with Nationalized Bank for over two decades and had worked in the senior management capacity across India before he opted out for early retirement. His last engagement has with an audit firm for over a decade handling accounts and audit of corporate clients.

Saurabh comes with over 6 years experience in the field of HR, Operations, Client Relations and Vendor Management. He is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management Prior to joining us, he had worked with India's oldest consumer durable company "USHA International Ltd." after which was associated with an IT company in collaboration with State Govt.
